When you send a project enquiry to VideoRole, we use the details you provide to understand your requirements, respond to you and discuss a possible project.

Information we collect

The form collects your name, business name, email address, project requirements and any optional phone number, budget, deadline or reference link you share. We also record when the enquiry was received and your consent to be contacted.

How the information is used

Your enquiry is stored in our project-enquiry database and is used for responding to your request and managing related business communication. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Technical data

For abuse prevention, the application stores a keyed hash of the submitting network address and email address in short-lived rate-limit records. Web-server logs may also include network addresses and request information. The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies in its current implementation.

Access and retention

Access to enquiries is limited to the people responsible for responding and maintaining the website. Enquiry records are retained for follow-up and legitimate business record keeping, and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the form.

Your requests

To request access, correction or deletion, submit an enquiry mentioning “Privacy request”, or reply to an existing conversation with our team. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
