WORKING TOGETHER
Website terms
This website introduces VideoRole’s video-creation services. Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation; it does not confirm a booking or create a production agreement.
Project proposals
Pricing, deliverables, payment terms, delivery milestones, revision rounds and usage rights are agreed in a written project proposal before production. The accepted proposal governs the project.
Approvals and changes
Projects follow agreed concept, script and visual approvals. Changes to an approved direction may affect cost and schedule. Any changes are discussed before additional work proceeds.
Client materials
Clients are responsible for having permission to supply logos, images, footage, scripts and other assets for the intended use. Requirements involving identifiable people, voices or third-party content must be discussed during the brief.
AI-assisted production
Feasibility, visual consistency and product accuracy depend on the brief and source material. Specific outcomes and production approaches are assessed before they are committed to in the proposal.
Website content
Illustrative studio artwork is used to communicate the creative direction. Portfolio slots marked “coming soon” do not represent completed client projects. Published work will identify its project context.
